Uncategorized

I appeared in GARO: TAIGA, the 20th anniversary theatrical film of the GARO franchise, written and directed by series creator Keita Amemiya. The film follows the young Taiga Saejima, the future Golden Knight, in a new dark fantasy action story connected to the origins of the Saejima lineage.

GARO: TAIGA is the 20th anniversary film of the GARO franchise, a long-running dark fantasy action series known for its distinctive visual world, intense action, and mythology surrounding the Makai Knights and the demonic Horrors they are destined to fight.

The story follows a young Taiga Saejima, who has just inherited the golden armor and begins his journey as a Makai Knight. When a sacred magical compass containing the souls of the Four Guardian Beasts falls into the hands of a Horror, Taiga joins forces with Fuki, a Makai Priestess, to recover it and protect the human realm.

The film is written and directed by Keita Amemiya, the creator of the GARO universe, and serves as a new chapter connected to the origins of the Saejima legacy.

I portray Fuki’s Father in the film.

It was an honor to be part of a franchise that has built a passionate fan base in Japan and internationally for over two decades.
